Le Ledra is a wedding planning platform that connects couples with verified wedding vendors and service providers. Our services include:

- Vendor matching and recommendations
- Home delivery wedding services (makeup, mehendi, etc.)

- Customer support and coordination
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account
4. Bookings and Payments
Booking Process
When you book a service through our platform, you enter into an agreement with the respective vendor. Le Ledra facilitates this connection but is not a party to the contract between you and the vendor.
Payment Terms
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
- Payments are processed through secure payment gateways
- You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges
- GST and other taxes will be added as applicable
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation terms vary by service and vendor. Generally:
- Cancellations 30+ days before event: 90% refund
- Cancellations 15-30 days before event: 50% refund
- Cancellations 7-14 days before event: 25% refund
- Cancellations less than 7 days: No refund
Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Platform fees are non-refundable.
6. Vendor Verification
While we verify our vendors through background checks and quality assessments, we do not guarantee the performance of any vendor. We encourage users to:
- Review vendor profiles and ratings
- Ask for references and portfolios
- Communicate requirements clearly
- Report any issues promptly
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Provide false or misleading information
- Harass or abuse our staff or vendors
- Attempt to circumvent our platform for direct dealings
- Copy or reproduce our content without permission
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Le Ledra or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Le Ledra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law. The venue for arbitration shall be Jharkhand, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
